Two Flourescent lights on top of the exhibition building flash in irregular intervals, based on a time-based algorithm. The sound of the blinking lights is then transmitted to a pair of speakers situated in the entrance of the build- ing. Both the light and the sound can be perceived seperate or in relation to each other.
